Reduce using will power to control
...and to allow yourself to reach a state of complete relaxation, where body and mind are in harmony.
When you feel unwell or your body is not in good condition, allow your mind to be present with and fully experience that sensation. Let your mind and body become one, achieving complete relaxation. The discomfort will pass more quickly, and you'll feel less tense and fatigued.
Usually, the mind has a habit of ignoring these feelings or trying to overcome them with willpower, resisting them. This only consumes more of your body's energy, sometimes has the opposite effect, or can even accumulate further negative health consequences.
Accept your true nature and you'll stand in your new power
Positive energy cannot be created by will power alone. No matter who you are or what you have achieved, as long as you can forgive yourself, you will recover better and also easily empathize with others. Then, positive energy will naturally flow. Conversely, no matter how talented you are, if you constantly criticize yourself and cannot let go of negativity, you will also emit negative energy. A confident and optimistic person will become stronger, while a negative person will gradually weaken.
Accept that sometimes you may not be perfect, there are many things you don't know how to do, you make mistakes, are late, tell lies, don't keep promises, are lovesick, or act foolishly… "man proposes, God disposes"... Sometimes, because you think you are in this position or have that status, you are not allowed to be like this or that. Trying too hard to maintain an image and identity will lead to anger and suffering.
When you accept yourself, positive, confident, and strong energy will naturally arise.
