Trust the resourcefulness of others

If you keep solving others' problems,

You will grow stronger,

While those who depend on you will grow weaker,

Unable to learn their own lessons.

Instead, they will become more reliant on you.

So in helping,

There must also be wisdom.

Carrying the entire burden for others

Is not necessarily real help.

Helping others solve their problems — that is wise.

In helping others,

We must create the space for their growth.

Believing in their potential

Is a form of strength,

That brings the most powerful encouragement,

To help them discover and rise.

Every person is a great design,

A potential that needs to be uncovered.

They have the universe’s support,

They are just not hearing the guidance yet.

They have lost connection,

They have forgotten their own strength.

Believe in the inner power of each person.

The sky provides both elephants and grass — that is why.

If you believe that without you, others cannot do it,

Then you have placed yourself too high.

Every being carries its own strength,

Every heart knows its own way.

No one is born to depend forever,

No one needs saving completely.

We are but travelers passing by,

Able to offer a hand,

But never able to walk their path for them.

The universe has gifted each soul

A compass,

A light,

A river that renews itself.

To trust in them —

Is the quietest,

Most beautiful way

To love.
